You were so helpful from the very beginning. We knew it wouldn't be easy trying to find a home in Fort Collins while living in Pennsylvania. We also came into it with high expectations. We were not disappointed. It was clear from the very beginning that the home market in Fort Collins was very tight. We had built two homes previously so I think we tended to be pickier than most buyers.
We knew from the Internet pictures you sent and other information that you have found the perfect lot. The builder recommended did a great job and built the house to our expectations. The neighborhood is wonderful.
We told you what we wanted and you listened. We are now happily snug in our new home on a nice lot with great views built be reputable builder. We could not have done it without your research skills, patience and determination to find what we were looking for.
Thanks also for helping us find a very comfortable temporary home located close to where we were building. The transition from Pennsylvania couldn't have been easier.

I wanted to send you a letter to express our appreciation of the GREAT job that you did in finding our home in Loveland, CO. It is a very difficult job to find a home for a family relocating from outside the state and I must say that you did a fantastic job.
You were confronted with the task of finding us a home that would meet my expectations even when I was not able to accompany my husband in this search. Not only did you follow through thoroughly on everything, but you were able to show my husband homes that met both of our criteria. Along with this you were able to keep me well informed as to what was happening while I was back in Minnesota.
We have dealt with many Realtors because we have invested in rental housing in our home state of Minnesota, but never have we been lucky enough to find a Realtor with your level of professionalism.
